This is very interesting. Yesterday I finished sewing a blouse that I would think would have been beautiful, but it was ugly on me. It looked like I was wearing those blouse they give you when you go to have a medical examination in the hospital.
I will surely go on some detective adventures here. I am in Montreal, Quebec, Canada if you happen to come here, we could go together.

I think it’s a great idea to be a detective. I need to shore up my confidence and try more RTW clothes on. I’m sure I’d learn a lot!

I was at Westfield Stratford on Wednesday for Olympic Sewing ( http://vintagerockchick-gill.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/olympic-stitching.html ) and went into a branch of Cos for the first time – not to shop, obvs, but to get ideas. Saw the pocket detail on the dress you tried and I also loved this one http://www.cosstores.com/gb/Women/Dresses/Flared_cotton_dress/46881-32474792.1#c-24481
I’m only an hour away from town on the train, and often visit – I’d be happy to meet up for a bit of detective work!

I love how German women dress. So simple yet so stylish. Wish I had more room in my luggage to but new clothes while I was there.

Sure wish I could co-shop with you, but alas, I shop in Michigan and Stuttgart, Germany.
